1. Payment Terms

Access to courses and delivery of study materials are allowed only in case of full payment or based on an active contract with official order.

The standard payment term is 10 calendar days from the issuance of the invoice, but no later than the start of the course.

The applicable exchange rate is the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova + 2%.

Late payment penalties: 0.1%/day for late payments. All recovery costs are borne by the Client/Company.

2. Access to courses

Participants must present a valid identity document. Access may be restricted in the absence of it.

3. Study materials

The materials are delivered after payment confirmation. The delivery fees will be communicated in advance and will be borne by the Client.

4. Registration administration and assistance service

MGS can provide, upon request, administrative support for registration for professional exams. This service requires written consent to the processing of personal data.

5. Deferral and transfer

Postponement is accepted only at least 14 days before the course. Transfers are not accepted after partial participation.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation is possible at least 14 days before the start. After this period, the amounts are non-refundable.

7. Changes to the courses

MGS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes. Customers can opt for another course, deferral or refund.

8. Computer-Based Examinations (CBE)

CBE exams are available for specific qualifications (ICB, ICFM; etc.). Seat reservation takes place after payment or official order from the Company. Postponement is possible at least 7 days in advance. The exam can be postponed for a maximum of 2 calendar months.

9. Intellectual property

All materials provided are protected by copyright. The Client receives a non-transferable license, valid for the duration of the contractual relationship, for personal use only, for educational purposes.

10. Changes to contact details

The client has the obligation to inform MGS of any change in his contact details.

11. Liability for personal property

MGS is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during classes. Students are asked to take care of their belongings.

12. Communications

All official communications are made by email or SMS, to the data provided by the client.

13. Limitation of Liability

MGS Fintech Prof’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the respective services. MGS Fintech Prof is not liable for indirect or commercial losses.

14. Data protection

Personal data are processed according to Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data. The client may opt out of receiving commercial communications. The information may be used for registration, participation in exams and communication with partner institutions.

15. Copyright and use of the site

The content of the MGS Fintech Prof website is protected by copyright. Only one copy is allowed for personal use. It is forbidden to distribute, reproduce or commercialize the content without the written consent of MGS Fintech Prof.

16. Exclusion of liability for the website

The information on the website is for informational purposes. MGS Fintech Prof does not guarantee the absence of errors or computer viruses. MGS Fintech Prof does not assume responsibility for losses caused by the use of the website.

17. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
