Privacy Policy – MGS Fintech Prof

This Privacy Policy describes how MGS Fintech Prof S.R.L. (hereinafter – Operator) collects, uses and protects users’ personal data, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data in the Republic of Moldova, as well as with the Government Decision No. 1123 of 14.12.2019 on the approval of the Requirements for ensuring the security of personal data when processing them within the personal data information systems

General provisions

The Operator shall set as its main purpose and condition for carrying out its activity, the protection of the right and freedom of man and citizen to the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to personal life, personal and family secrecy.

This policy of the Operator on the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Users of the finskillbox.md website.

The Operator may process the following personal data:

  1. Name, surname, patrimony;
  2. E-mail address;
  3. Phone number;
  4. Name of the legal entity;
  5. The website collects and processes anonymized data about users (including “cookies”) with the help of internet-statistical services (Google Analytics and other electronic systems).
  6. The data mentioned above in the continuation of the text of the Policy are grouped under the notion of Personal Data.

Purpose of the processing of personal data

  1. Purpose of processing the User’s personal data – informing the user by sending electronic letters, SMS or telephone calls about the events carried out by the Operator; conclusion and termination of contracts.
  2. The Operator has the right to send the User notices about the events and services provided by the Operator. The user may at any time opt out of receiving notices by sending a letter with the subject “I opt out of receiving notifications about products, services and special offers”.
  3. The User’s anonymized data, which is processed with the help of statistical internet services, serves to collect information about the User’s actions on the website, in order to improve the quality and content of the website.

Legal law for the processing of personal data

  1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only in the event of fulfillment and/or transmission by the User, independently, through the forms placed on the finskillbox.com website and other third-party electronic resources, such as social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). By filling in the respective forms and/or sending personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his agreement with the given Policy.
  2. The Operator processes the User’s anonymity if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings (the saving of “cookies” files and the use of JavaScript technology is enabled).

Order of collection, storage, transmission and processing of personal data

The security of Personal Data, which are processed by the Operator, is achieved by carrying out the legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for the full fulfillment of the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data.

  1. The Operator ensures the security of Personal Data and applies all necessary measures, excluding access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
  2. The User’s Personal Data will never be transmitted to third parties under any circumstances, except as provided for by law.
  3. In case of detecting errors in the Personal Data, the User may update them independently, by sending the letter to the email address with the theme “Updating Personal Data”.
  4. The duration of processing personal data has an indefinite term. The User may at any time withdraw his/her consent to the processing of Personal Data, by sending the letter to the email address with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of Personal Data”

Final provisions

  1. The User may receive any clarification that interests him/her regarding the processing of Personal Data by contacting the Operator by e-mail.
  2. This document will reflect all changes regarding the personal data processing policy. The policy has no deadline until it is replaced by the new version.
